randomization and patient-level study drug supply management
module.
The system supports concealed treatment allocation; single and
double-blind randomization and variations with strict access
control.
Randomization by IWRS (Interactive Web Response System)
- Fixed/static block randomization by site and/or a
prognostic factor;
- Dynamic/adaptive randomization: randomization dependent on
current treatment allocation status and characteristics of patient
being randomized; Dealing with a large number of predictive
variables; Biased coin, etc.
