Beyond Data Collection
For EDC studies, the work does not end with designing the
database. With data collection mainly in the hands of the
study sites, additional support is needed to ensure the accuracy
and consistency of the data. SciAn's CDM team is well-trained
in EDCPRO and its capabilities. Using their
knowledge and experience, SCiAN's CDM team will review:
- Site performance (data entry) on a regular basis
- Posting/resolution of queries
- Status of eCRF completion to identify delays/lag time in entry
by Sites
- Identify data issues and determine resolutions (e.g. site
re-training, additional edit checks, etc).
